There you will find a directory with the shows split into one hour segments.
The format of the file names are ssYYMMDDhr1.mp3 and ssYYMMDDhr2.mp3,
where YY MM DD represent the year, month, and day of the show. For example
the files for August 24th, 2003 are "ss030824hr1.mp3" and "ss030824hr2.mp3".
The MP3 files are normally available by 1 pm on the day of the show.
Because of how these files are generated, there is 15 seconds missing in
the audio files every half hour.
Hopefully this will be corrected soon.
These files are saved automatically, if there is a discrepency in the clocks
of the computer and kpfa's clock
or if the show does not start on time audio files may have a small
overlap with the preceeding or following shows.
